1. Qualifications
Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK and Australia are preferable.
Bachelor degreeor above,teaching certificates are necessa ry *
Background in subjects including but not limited to math, phys ics, chemistry, biology, IT,English literature, social studies, business, etc. *
Teaching experience above 2 years is preferable.
Good command of communicat ion skill
Passion for teaching and experiencing different cultures
Good health and friendly personality
2. Salary:
Salary scales for program teachers are based on teachers educational background and work experience as bellow:&nbs p;
250000 RMB/year (before t ax ) as starting point and 10000 RMB/y ear (bef ore tax) added with the increase of work experience/year. The maximum salary is 320000 RMB/year (before t ax).
The contract is 12 months among which work months are little less than 10 mo nths, 2 months are hol iday months.

3. Benefits
Work Visa and Residence Permit: The s chool will a rrange work visa a nd residence permit for the teacher.
Medical Insurance: The school offers Ping An Health Group Medical Insurance.
Airfare: To reimburse 2000 US dollars for the teachers economy clas s round trip a irplane ticket upon completion of the contract.
Housing Accommodation: The School will provide a furnished apartment with furniture and appliances. From the continuous second contract year, the school can offer renting allowance.
Teaching Bonus: Range from RMB 2000-7000 based on teaching evaluation results at the end of school year

4. Workload
30 teaching periods (40 minutes per period) are the full weekly workloads (from Monday to Friday, except for holidays).

Work in the office for at least two hours per day Monday through Friday.



Salary: 20000 CNY to 25000 CNY Monthly
