CareFamily Virginia, a Seniorcorp company, is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a dynamic Caregiver Retention and Talent Manager Manager. This a full time, exempt position eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision, life, insurances, 401(k), and a salary range of 30 to 35k.
This position is responsible for onboarding, supervising, and retaining the Caregivers providing assistance to our clients in their homes. The position requires an extremely organized and detailed orientated person that is able to multitask and lead and coach employee performance. The right candidate will have strong customer service skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
