Full Job Description:
Develop, implement and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System.
Develop Supplier for Raw Material and Packaging Procedure and Standadrs.
Keep customer complain trend analysis.
Coordinate and manage regulatory (FDA, USDA), internal, second and third party audits as well as follow-up report and corrective actions and preventive actions. Audit suppliers, distributions centers and customer to ensure food safety product along the supply chain.
Verify product quality during processing, continuous weighting, measuring,lot # information, correct ingredients used.
