High School and 6 months of experience required
Receive customers with their pets, giving a friendly and cordial treatment. Feed and place water to the animals according to Pet Care's schedule and feeding instructions. Take care of the facilities where the animals will be, wash, clean, organize and disinfect the cages, recreational and leisure spaces. Verify that the animal is in safe conditions of light, temperature and adequate humidity. Daily mix and serve foods, liquid formulas, medications or food supplements according to instructions, prescriptions and knowledge of domestic animal species. Examine and observe animals for signs of disease, illness, injury or irregular behavior. Provide treatment for sick or injured animals, or contact veterinarians to ensure treatment. Be sure to classify them by race, size and weight, to avoid injury between them. Shave the hair of the animals according to the established procedures for each species, cut the nails, clean them according to the planned plan, which must be exhibited to their Pet Care buyers. Show it to customers who attend the Pet Care and make sure they are under shelter and good treatment is given to the animals.
