Location: Suzhou city, Jiangsu province China
Type: International school, high school division
Working hours: Monday through Friday
No more than 24 teaching pieces(40 Mins) per week with small class sizes
Office hours
No more than 40 working hours per week in total
Students age15-17 years
responsibilities
Teach up to 20 hours per week to IGCS E and A-Level students according to CIE subject specificati ons and guidelines set by Suzhou International Academy, BFSU.
Provide the Head of department (HOD) and Executive Prin cipal monthly teaching plans in line with the Scheme of Work (SOW).
Seek prior approval from the HOD if they wish to deviate fro m the SOW in any way.
Set and marks regular tests, set and mark internal examinati ons as specified by the HOD.
Write student reports in line with the school r eporting schedule.
Acts as tutor to a group of stud ents as assigned by the Executive Principal.
Set and marks homework on a regular basis in order to enhance stud ents learning.
Participate in meetings with parents.
Participate in open Days for prospective students and par ents.
Invigilates examinations as directed by the Executive Principal.
Advise HOD regarding specialized sub ject resources required to help students optimize their lea rning.
Write references for students and help them to edit their personal statements for application to universities.
Accept other duties assigned to.
Salary: 20000 CNY(RMB) to 30000 CNY(RMB) Monthly
