Our practice is currently seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator. We are located in the heart of Victorville and have been in this location for 25 years. We have a 5 star rating on YELP and want to add a friendly face to the team!
About the office:
We are a fast paced dental practice that see's 30-40 patients per day. We have 2 full time Dentists and a full time hygiene department. We have 2 mandatory team meetings per month to keep our team up to date with how the practice is doing. We love celebrating our patients birthdays, anniversaries, accomplishments and more!
The ideal team member will have a friendly personality, great with the public, outstanding verbal skills, easy to work with, and above all else; believe that the patients health comes first.
Skill REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years in the front office (dental only)
Strong knowledge of dental codes
Strong knowledge of HIIPA compliance
Knows how to calculate treatment plans
Strong understanding of dental insurance plans
Strong General and Ortho presentation track record
Proactive and forward thinking is a must!
Not Required (but would be nice):
Knowledge of Sleep Apnea/Snore Therapy
Knowledge of Medical Insurance plans
Compensation: Negotiable and will be discussed in the interview.
