Full Job Description:
Provide lifecycle engineering support services that include development and maintenance of hardware and software control systems with technical documentation and requirements.
Essential Functions
• Familiar within industry as systems, electrical, and/or electronics
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software systems
• Ability to troubleshoot network-based systems
Requirements
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may be required before starting
Education and/or Experience
• Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program.
• Five (5) years of professional experience within industry as systems, electrical, and/or electronics engineer.
• Two (2) years of professional experience within industry acting as lead engineer.
• Three (3) years of professional experience troubleshooting hardware/software systems.
• One (1) year of professional experience reading electrical schematics.
• One (1) year of professional experience troubleshooting network-based systems.
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
