Employment package:
1. Salary package 10000-13000 RMB monthly base salary depending on your teaching experience and qualifications
2. Quarterly bonus
3. Additional bonus when signing another year contract
4.9,000 RMB annual flight allowance (in 2 installments)

8.10 paid annual leave days (aside from national holidays)
