General Requirement
DEVELOPING UNDERSTAND OF CURRENT IMPLEMENTATIONS OF MS SQL SERVER; DEVELOP REMEDIATION PLAN FOR CYBERSECURITY VULNERABILITIES IN MS SQL SERVER IMPLEMENTATION; MIGRATE, TEST, AND VERIFY DATABASE TO UPDATED CYBER SECURITY COMPLAINTS VERSION DATABASE; SECURE THE DATABASE ACCORDING TO STIG AND SSR FEDERAL GUIDELINES; FULLY DOCUMENT THE DATABASE DESIGN, INCLUDING TABLES, FIELDS, SETUP AND SECURITY
Essential Functions
• Migrate, test and verify database to updated cybersecurity complaints version database
• Secure the database according to STIG and SSR federal guidelines
• Fully document the Database Design, including tables, fields, setup and security
Requirements
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may be required before starting
Education and/or Experience
MA/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Science or a related academic field
BA/BS
5-8 years of experience in the creation and maintenance of database applications.
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
