Apply accounting knowledge to evaluate real estate investment cash flow, financial performance, and other financial data to make and present final recommendations to Investment committee/investors on commercial and residential development and investments using SAS Visual Analytics; Design and employ financial models and conduct case studies for assessment of potential investment leads and opportunities for the investor investments using Delphi Reporting and Analytics; Analyze financial data on individual properties’ asset management risk, physical asset risk, debt risk, historical operating information and other financial data and risks to assess the health of an investment; Collect and analyze data on neighborhood real estate pricing and sales trends to advise Investment Committee/Investor regarding the purchase and development of new properties;… etc. Must have Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience.
