Job Title: Test Lead/Architect – Automation
Location: Princeton Junction, NJ. Travel to client sites may be required.
Duties: Involved in driving organization-wide Quality Process initiatives and their implementation to ensure Quality of deliverables. Involved in creating Test Strategy, Test plan development and team handling. Participating in design and architectural discussions. Performing high-class debugging. Performed functional, regression, UI testing, continuity testing, device/OS compatibility testing etc. Requirements gathering, analyzing and creating functional base document. Schedule and Participate in Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings. Design and Develop manual test cases and execution. Managing functional QA teams. Define scope of automation, conducted POCs, streamlined good candidates for automation out of pool of manual test case from previous releases
Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or QA Analyst or IT related field. Experience must include Automation Testing,verification of manual update files for different subject areas, regression testing, estimation and planning automation efforts for new features, bug tracking, defect matrices and traceability matrices, hybrid driven framework, VB Script, Oracle, Cucumber, Maven, JIRA. Must be a certified scrummaster. M-F, 40hrs/wk.
