National firm seeks Corporate Bond Counsel with significant experience to join its Atlanta, GA office. Ideal candidates have experience in corporate bond and public finance and/or Georgia specific economic development. They will also have in-depth experience in most or all of the following areas: municipal and public finance, familiarity with state and local tax law, tax-exempt finance, tax credits & incentives work, commercial finance, EB-5, and tax credit finance. Additional corporate, finance, real estate, or related experience outside the bond industry is a plus. Commensurate academic credentials, proficiency in document production, and verbal & written communication skills required, as is admission to the GA Bar. Admission to the Bar in other Southeastern states, such as Florida, is desired. Job 6669 GA.
