Global firm seeks Corporate & Securities Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its NYC office. Ideal candidates have a JD or foreign equivalent and 1+ years of related experience. Experience must also include 1 year in each: representing issuers and financial institutions in cross-border securities offerings in Latin America, including equity and debt, public and private offerings; drafting prospectuses and ancillary offering documents for issuers, including public non-traded REITS; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements and corporate governance documents for Latin American entities and public non-traded REITs; representing corporate clients in Mexico/US cross-border and domestic mergers and asset sales and acquisitions; conducting due diligence of corporate entities in connection with securities offerings. They must also be admitted to the NY Bar. Job 3956 NY.
