Provide technical assitance to computer users. Provide assitance concerning the use and installation of computer hardware and software used in hospital. Resolve issues and train employees to use hardware and software, including network printing, wireless & hard wired communications, word processing, electronic mail, hospital softwae and operating systems.
Answer questions or resolve computer problems in person, via telephone or electronically. Oversee the daily performance of computer systems. Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
