Position Information: 1. Full time in Training School as ESL Teacher. 2. 5 working days + 2 days off per week. (not weekend off)3. 7 hours/day; 35 working hours per week in terms of the contract (100 teaching hours/month, other hours will be the office hours)4. Two shifts: 9am to 5pm or 1pm or 9pm5. Teaching adults over 14 years old. 6. Teaching regular lessons by using METEN's book, prepare lessons in advance and creation is approved. 7. Class size: 1 student/ 4 students/ 10 students/ 15 students8. Each class will be 55 minutes. Standard Qualifications for Position: 1. Native English Speaker from USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland and South Africa2. Bachelor degree or above. 3. Over 2 years teaching experience or 120 hours TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate Our salary package: 1. Competitive basic salary 9500-12500 (based on qualification)2. Monthly housing allowance 2000 per month3. Quarterly bonus 2500 or so4. Yearly flight allowance 80005. 10 days paid annual holiday per year, Public holidays and Christmas day off, 2 days off/week6. Health insurance. 7. Pay raise for Renewal, bonus for open class and bonus for renewing contract is 3000 RMB8. Free work residence permit A: work visa can be reimbursed actual expense and up to 1500 RMBB: overseas medical check can be reimbursed actual expense and up to 1000 RMBC: degree / certificate / background check authentication can be reimbursed actual expense and up to 2000 RMB each D: other expenses in China about residence permit will all be reimbursed (such as medical check and residence permit) E: if teacher comes to China with tourist visa and needs to go to HK to get work visa, we provide 3000 RMB for flight and accommodation. 9. Regular teacher training and academic development workshops conducted by our national or regional trainer10. Ongoing team-building activities organized by our company11.
