Our established company is beginning a rapid expansion in North America, beginning with its new offices in Seattle. We are currently seeking a financial
controller.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for directing an organization's overall financial policies oversees with all financial functions including accounting,
budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.
Qualified candidates will also coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports. Requires a bachelor's degree and a strong
interest in the real estate market is a plus.
Must also enjoy working closely with management on new business development projects, demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field' concepts,
practices, and procedures.
Performs a variety of tasks, leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to CEO/
COO/SVP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• receive and disbursement of payments in our name.
• Up to date inventories of payment made to you and payment made out
to us.
• Assist with the preparation of business cases and presentations
• Follow internal new business approval guidelines and assist
generally with the execution of deals overall
• Apply your sound financial analysis and modeling skills to determine
return on funds as well as determining the financial viability of a
project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Appropriate degrees and certifications in real estate or finance,
e.g. BS, MBA, CFA, CPA etc.
• Demonstrated work experience in an analytical, financial modeling or
corporate valuation capacity
• Sound time management and organization skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable and enjoying working in a challenging
business environment
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
