To provide training and guidance to billing analysts.
To assign tasks to billing analysts.
To track progress of assigned tasks.
To generate reports for customer and management.
To perform charge entry of services rendered by the customer.
To submit charges to payers.
To analyze received payments
To identify reasons for denial
To identify reasons for underpayments.
To contact payers on behalf of the customers to discuss non payment options with payers.
