Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal. Duties will include case Management from inception through discovery and verdict. Should have experience with Drafting and electronic filing of pleadings and motions, summarization of Medical records, deposition scheduling and summarization, Trial preparation, and Legal research. Knowledge of PACER, Summation, Excel, and document Management software is important. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and an ABA Paralegal certificate, or its equivalent, are preferred. A Medical or Nursing background in Nursing is a plus.
