• Able to fluently converse verbally and in writing with claims in both English and Spanish.
• Analyze applicable coverage for all submitted claims and determine whether the loss falls within the policy coverage
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly to determine liability
• Interview involved parties
• Prepare correspondence and reports for file documentation
• Evaluate claims and establish appropriate reserves
• Negotiate settlements
• Manage claims in litigation
