Assistant Property Manager – $40K-$50K
Our client, a successful Commercial Real Estate company is seeking to hire a 3-5 year experienced APM to maintain tenant contact, tenant emergency contact and vendor contact lists, setup organize files, answer tenant questions, maintain daily logs, buildings mailbox, lock and key records, buildings key card entry system and card requests and update floor plans/site plans for all buildings, process invoices, accounts receivables, run aging reports, tenant bill and lease change notices, prepare and track tenant utilities, after hour HVAC billings, accrual reports, insurance compliance forms, weekly walks, facilitate property inspections, tenant/vendor relations, prepare variance, occupancy and budget reports and perform other duties as assigned. Candidate must be computer literate in Word and Excel, type 50-60 wpm, good math skills with 3-5 years, min. 3 yrs. working in a commercial real estate environment, accounting experience required.
