Multiple Positions:: Fiserv ICBS BA / Test Analyst / Implementation Support Analyst; Kingston, Jamaica :: 6+ Months

2 FiServ ICBS Business Analyst (04012010-NR 6)
2 FiServ ICBS Test Analyst (04012010-NR 5)
2 FiServ ICBS Implementation support specialist (04012010-NR 4)
(1) 2 FiServ ICBS Business Analyst (04012010-NR 6)
Location: Kingston, Jamaica
Duration: 6+ Months
Billing Rate: DOE on W2/1099/CTC
Analysis and Solution Definition:
1. 7+ years of experience on core banking product implementation / testing / support out of which at least 3+ years on Fiserv ICBS
2. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
3. Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
4. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
5. Develops ICBS related functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
6. Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
7. Communicates needed changes to development team.
Project Execution:
1. Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
2. Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
3. Communicates and applies project standards.
4. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
5. Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients.
6. Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
Communication:
1. Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
2. Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
3. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Problem Solving:
1. Identifies critical issues with ease.
2. Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
3. Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
(2) 2 FiServ ICBS Test Analyst (04012010-NR 5)
Location: Kingston, Jamaica
Duration: 6+ Months
Billing Rate: DOE on W2/1099/CTC
Description:
1. 7+ years of experience on core banking product implementation testing out of which at least 3+ years on Fiserv ICBS
2. Leads ICBS implementation testing efforts.
3. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
4. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools is a plus
Test Execution:
1. Assists in enforcement of testing deadlines and schedules.
2. Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
3. Communicates and applies project standards.
4. Manages resources in accordance with test schedule.
5. Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients.
Teamwork:
1. Facilitates effective team interaction.
2. Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
(3) 2 FiServ ICBS Implementation support specialist (04012010-NR 4)
Location: Kingston, Jamaica
Duration: 6+ Months
Billing Rate: DOE on W2/1099/CTC
Client Management:
1. 7+ years of experience on core banking product implementation and support out of which at least 3+ years on Fiserv ICBS
2. Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
3. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
4. Manages client expectations effectively.
