Position open for AFLAC (Raleigh/Durham Area)


We are a Fortune 200 company in the Raleigh/Durham area looking to hire 2 Manager in Training position. We promote from within, so all candidates for Management start at the ground level with the opportunity to advance. This is a business to business sales and marketing position. Those with previous sales experience are encouraged to apply, but previous sales experience at must.

This is a performance based position. ( Our agents get paid in several differents ways and this will be explain at the job interview). This is business sales position. The person we are hiring will be working with the owners of the companies to enhance and improve their existing benefits package. This is a 8:00am
to 5:00pm position, Monday to Friday FULL TIME JOB; Aflac is an insurance company but it is not a door-to-door sales. 95% of our marketing is in the Business Market.

The Regional Sales Coordinator will explain in the interview what AFLAC is, Products we offer, Details about the position, and our Pay Structure.

Candidates Requirements:

College Degree or BA/ with a focus on business
Sales management experience
Business to business sales experience
Cold calling experience
Actually located in the Raleigh area
Work ethic
Responsible
Good presence
Team player
Computer knowledge
Broad knowledge of principles and methods in a recognized professional field, or working knowledge of multiple fields
Experience selling in disciplined, formal sales methodology is essential
Bilingual and licensed agents are welcome to apply.
