Full Job Description:
Existing opportunity for a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to care for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
Responsibilities:
* Providing basic patient care, including assisting with tasks such as eating, getting out of bed, taking a bath, and brushing teeth and hair.
* Recording vital signs, height, weight, input output, collect and test specimens.
* Reporting and recording patients condition and treatments.
* Assisting patients with their mobility - turn and positioning, do range of motion exercises, transferring patients to and from wheelchair, assist with ambulation.
Requirements:
Must be able to check vital signs, perform CPR and basic first aid.
High School Graduate or equivalent required plus effective listening skills.
Immediate medical benefits and pay rate of $15 to $16 an hour.
