Under the Agency's policies and professional requirements, provides supportive outreach services for clients referred to the program, performs program related activities as assigned, facilitates teamwork within the organization, participates in program outreach procedures and professional record keeping, and works under the direct supervision of the Families FIRST Program Manager. Families FIRST Outreach Specialist (BHT): Ability to work in fast-paced outpatient substance abuse program; responsible for the monitoring of outreach and treatment services for the Families F.I.R.S.T. program including coordination with the outreach team, as well as other Families F.I.R.S.T. staff; ensures that families referred to the Families F.I.R.S.T. program receive timely and effective outreach procedures including mobile outreach contact, assessment scheduling; and transition to treatment through coordination, monitoring and reporting activities. This position will be located within the TERROS Central office. Minimum Requirements: Must meet TERROS Behavioral Health Technician classification requirements. Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health related field preferred or Minimum of two years experience in behavioral health field Skill sets required for success in this position include organization, prioritization, project management, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent attention to detail.
