One of the fastest growing on-line high schools in the country is looking for Enrollment Counselor/Mentor Assistants. The Enrollment Counselor will be the first point of contact with students and their families and will be responsible for helping them to navigate the registration process to become a student. They will need to follow up with families interested in joining us. Answer questions about the program and how it works and then assist with collecting applications and transcripts to get the students enrolled. Our students join the school for a variety of reasons but with the over all need of having a different educational structure than a traditional brick and mortar school has to offer. Skills/Requirements The ideal candidate to be an Associate Enrollment Counselor is an individual committed to providing outstanding customer service to our students and families who are often time desperately looking to find an alternative education resource. The ideal candidate will be creative, mission-driven, have developed communication and listening skills, embrace accountability, seek to constantly raise the bar, tech-friendly, a team player, and have a great sense of humor.
