The Online Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Online marketing and will be tasked with continuing and further developing the acquisition strategy, plan and execution of our SEM, SEO, Display and Affiliate marketing programs. They will also be responsible for evaluating social media as a marketing vehicle for optionsXpress. They will use best practices in each marketing area as well as deploying new strategies and optimization tactics to drive new accounts for optionsXpress and sister brands and be held accountable for said new account delivery. They will understand the goals of the bigger business and ensure the direction for each program supports the big picture goals and ensure brand integrity across all efforts. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing various online marketing programs including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Display and Affiliate with an emphasis on SEM. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing programs through agencies as well as in-house. They will have a history of data driven decision making and experience in direct response online marketing. Contribute with current experience and expertise as well as further develop deep expertise across all programs Develop and implement creative/messaging strategies for improved conversions across all programs Develop and implement offer and incentive strategies for increased account generation Work with partner Agencies to develop strategic plans for given programs and ensure successful execution Manage all internal group involvement and coordination including but not limited to creative development, content, technical implementation, tracking and development. Convey program performance and successful in through accurate data tracking and reporting Conduct insightful and controlled landing page, copy, etc testing across programs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field 3 years marketing experience with 2 years in Online Marketing Accurate attention to detail Speed of execution, efficient use of time Advanced organization skills Analytic skills ideally including excel/pivot table experience Leadership abilities A drive towards improvement and results.
