As an account manager, you will: Facilitate and oversee billing processes. Monitor project status in relation to cost/time projections; adjust project plans and resources to meet client needs. Draft proposals & documentation of contract terms and conditions. Oversee the management of individual projects within the web, interactive technology, and software development domain to ensure that deliverables coincide with project scope, plan, goals, and objectives. Be responsible for internal and external resource planning/coordination. Manage application development vendors throughout all stages of the software development life cycle. Ensure that proper communication is maintained within project teams to ensure project expectations are understood, client objectives are achieved, & deadlines are met. Plan for and participate in collaborative client planning sessions, regularly scheduled meetings, ideation sessions, and presentations from project inception. Concept and craft key messages for brand and innovation strategies, as well as developing strategic copy, which communicate insights, strategic directions, and creative concepts. Assist in planning, recruiting and conducting user research, participating in the synthesis process to develop key insights, creative concepts, research summaries, and design strategies. Produce final creative briefs for review by project team and client. Maintain knowledge of client industries and familiarity with competitive landscape. Work with directors and principles to extend client relationships to garner new business. Specific Skills Requirements Bachelors degree Design firm, digital firm, or agency experience a must! A thorough understanding of the SDLC Must have substantial experience managing web, interactive, and software development projects. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
